To ensure immediate service on the products we have in stock, our company has very large stock levels in continuous rotation. This way we can ensure that orders placed before 1:00 p.m. and payment confirmed are shipped the same day.

The minimum order is €20. We think in a coherent way with the Environment and we believe that in this way we ensure that all means of transport that will be used to deliver your shipment are cost - conscious .

Shipping costs for orders of up to €50 are €5.95, and shipping costs for orders of €50 or more are free for national mainland Spain.
For the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, shipping costs are €12.95
For international shipments: €15.95

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within a maximum of 4 hours after making the purchase. After this time, the order will probably be in the shipping process.

Return policy

In order to proceed with any return, the product must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition, without any manipulation or use of the product and with all accessories or promotional gifts included, if applicable. Once the merchandise has been received at our centre, it will be analysed and an assessment will be made as to whether the return is possible.

There are 3 different types of returns:

-Total Satisfaction Guarantee

-Return due to defective delivery

-Guarantees for defective products.

1.TOTAL SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

This occurs when the customer wishes to return any product without any incident, either due to regret, change of mind, or because the product, although it corresponds exactly with the description and photo on our website, is not to the buyer's liking. The deadline to communicate this return is 14 days from receipt by the customer. If it is a holiday, the intention to return must be recorded by email for Total Satisfaction Guarantee.

To do so, you will need to send an email to info@adocevoltios.com , indicating the product to be returned, the order number and a copy of your order or purchase invoice. Once we have received it, we will proceed to process the return.

The usual procedure will be as follows:

We will contact you to inform you that the return has been accepted and to provide the delivery address, which must be clearly indicated on the packaging. You must return the product to us within 4 days from the date on which you were informed that the return has been accepted. (After this period, the return will not be accepted). This will not apply to unsealed products, products without their original packaging, damaged products, or products in blister packs with the packaging broken or opened.

Products must arrive in the same condition as they were sent, that is, they must have all their packaging, instructions and components that make up the product.

If these conditions are not met, the return will not be accepted.

Throughout the entire process, we will keep you informed via email.

In this case, the cost of postage will be borne by the customer, both the cost of the first delivery (which www.adocevoltios.com will deduct from the total amount of the return) and the cost of subsequent shipping to our warehouses, which will have to be borne by the customer, as well as the commissions incurred by the chosen payment method (if any). We will not accept returns with postage due.

If applicable, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

2.RETURN DUE TO DEFECTIVE DELIVERY

It occurs when the delivered product does not match the one specified in the order or has been hit and damaged externally during shipping.

If this occurs, you must notify us immediately, within 24 hours of receiving the item, by sending an email to info@adocevoltios.com. Once we receive the email, we will begin to process your return. If you received damaged packaging, it is very important that you indicate this on the carrier's delivery note at the time of receipt.

The usual procedure will be as follows:

We will contact you by email with your return number, which you must clearly indicate on the packaging. We will then send a carrier to your home for collection, and we will proceed to send you the correct product.

Throughout the entire process, we will keep you informed via email.

In this type of return, all collection and new delivery costs will be borne by www.adocevoltios.com .

If applicable, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

3. WARRANTIES FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS.

It occurs when the product does not work correctly or has stopped working due to a factory defect within the period established in the Guarantee Law, two years of guarantee for the end customer.

Products are not covered by warranty for the following reasons:

-If, once delivered to the customer, they have been damaged due to external factors, accidents, poor following of instructions or changes in electrical voltages.

-If they are damaged due to incorrect configuration or update, as well as software installation by the client.

-If a breakdown occurs due to a component not supplied by www.adocevoltios.com .

-If applicable, if the general conditions imposed by a manufacturer for a product so indicate.

-Returns will not be accepted if the product is manipulated or does not have its original packaging.

To do so, you will need to send an email to info@adocevoltios.com , indicating the product to be returned, order number, copy of your order or purchase invoice, and the reason or cause for the return.

We will not accept returns with postage due.

If applicable, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
